Biofuel isn’t everything it’s cracked up to be.
According to gas2.org and other bloggers on their website, there is a “dead zone” in the Gulf of Mexico where at certain times of the year sea life becomes unsustainable and overgrowths of algae take over.
This is all due to biofuel, specifically corn, meaning, we are going to have to find alternative ways “to ’kick the corn habit’ as much as… to kick the oil habit.”
