When laying a fiber-based network is challenging, high-power HCRR is used to establish a high-capacity radio link to support strike, or holding Corps operations. It’s rapidly deployable on either a tripod or a mast, and is also deployable on a vehicular base, away from the main base camp for providing assured connectivity to dispersed units. Connects to high-gain antenna system for achieving long range.
For temporary base camps where laying a fibre network is not a choice option, low-power HCRR is used for establishing instant communication nodes, enabling a column of troops in a remote location to connect directly to a centralised HQ. Available with an integrated antenna to enable rapid deployment.
