Business Continuity During COVID-19 serving our customers as before

First and foremost, our thoughts and prayers for all individuals impacted and gratitude for the medical professionals dedicated to their care. 

At VNL, we are closely monitoring the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and have been continuously taking necessary precautionary measures to ensure our people stay safe while we deliver the same service and support to our customers. 

All meetings are being held remotely, and all travel has been on halt since early March. A significant part of our workforce is operating in full measure, albeit from homes, to ensure continuous business support to our customers. 

However, a small portion of our workforce still continues to work at the office premises because lab work can not be carried out at home. We strive to do our best to support such employees and to keep them in good health.  Our offices, labs and manufacturing units have now undergone intensive, deep cleaning. And seating arrangements have been re-designed to ensure everyone coming to office to work is seated as far apart as possible. 

Customer projects have taken the front seat over and above any other official work. All key account managers are available over phone, email and via online channels. If you have any concerns about the projects or business related issues, please contact your own key account manager at VNL – they are available round the clock and will continue to operate so to support your needs during this unprecedented time.
